The bike was built for a very small rider either a Junior or someone smaller than 5' Campagnolo Veloce 3x8 group set in mint condition 3ttt bar 35mm and stem 7cm  Fresh cork handlebar tape Campagnolo headset 1"  Hand built wheels. 650c Sun with Campagnolo hubs. New Panaracer tires 650cx25 Prologo saddle Campy Veloce 30/42/52 crank Very low mileage bike. Bike is in excellent mechanical condition Built for a small rider 4’10 5’1 Built for a Junior rider perhaps? Paint is a dark metallic forest green in good shape less a few scratches on the top tube and down tube.  This is a really nice ride for a small person to enjoy
